Last week a man asked Wyatt how old he was and when he said 5 the man, being asstonished with his size, said "your Dad must be really big!" To which Wyatt responded; "Yes, my dad is really big, but my mom is really smart!"
Way to go Wyatt!

Barry and I went to look at a horse today and found it to be a really friendly neighborhood. I thought you might get a kick out of seeing this welcome sign!

Another great memory from last summer's family reunion. Here's cowboy McKay on Shaboom riding the nice loop at Big Springs.

Isn't McKay amazing? He can do it all!

Well here it is the 18th of February which is when we ar usually getting onto the golf course, but we're still shoulder deep in snow. It makes it hard to focus on the threat of global warming. Maybe we'll have to get back into the skiing scene.

Sylvia's latest masterpiece. More than 2,000 hours of work over the last 3 years!
It now rests safely in the cedar chest with her other masterpieces, while we sleep under a quilt that was made by a machine in China.
I don't know what our children and grandchildren can expect to inherit (remember it is our goal that you will all be old by then) but these quilts will certainly be a treasured heirloom.

This entry is a tribute to the one and only Beckie! We have been so delighted at what a wonderful mother she has been for her marvelous children, and her last blog entry describing what a great husband she has, was just super! Mike is so lucky to have such a loving supportive wife. Thanks Beckie!

Thanksgiving in Gilbert. What a great time we all had. Thank you to the Taylors and Hansens for putting up with us. As time goes by it becomes harder and harder to get the whole group together, so we are very happy that it happened this year. Our family is th most presious thing in the world to us and we feel so blessed. We Love all of you and are so pleased with the good things that you are doing.

Thanksgiving. Mike put this shot within 2 feet of the hole!

This happened way last spring but I thought it was worth sharing. When you are playing with Mike you'd better not hit a wimpy shot or the pink skirt will be your reward!

Mike and I played Whisper Rock with Keith Larsen after Christmas. It was very fun but not easy. I spent a lot of time on the beach! I guess I was thinking about our upcoming trip to Hawaii.
Farewell to Shaboom. She gave us alot of fun for over 8 years. She was afflicted with an incurable attack of laminitis, an inflammatory disease that destroys the bones in the feet. Now Lacey is very lonely. We will try to find a replacement that might be a little less spirited for the grandkids. What do you think?

Our Friends the Ross's and Lapray's on the deckof our condo at Kapalua.

We were thinking about the snow in our driveway back in Utah!

Hawaii

Can you believe the hang time on this tee shot?
